SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days after confirmation.
A tracking ID will be sent via SMS to your registered phone number after 2 days, allowing you to track your parcel.
Delivery typically takes 4 days to a week, depending on the location and courier service.
Shipping charges are ₹60 across India. Free shipping is available for orders over ₹1200.
We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, courier mishandling, or incorrect/undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our skincare and body care products, returns are not accepted.
However, returns will be considered only if:
- The product is damaged due to courier mishandling.
- You receive a different product than what was ordered.
A clear unboxing video of the parcel is required as proof. Images will not be accepted.
